What is the minimum rental period?
Our properties are offered on a monthly basis with a recommended minimum of three months. Shorter arrangements may be considered depending on availability and the nature of your stay โ€” please mention your timeline when you enquire.
Are the prices inclusive of utilities and staff?
The monthly rental figures cover the accommodation and any included staff arrangements as described per property. Utility costs โ€” electricity, water, and internet โ€” are billed separately at actual usage. We provide a clear cost summary before any tenancy is formalised.
Can the residences accommodate corporate or diplomatic tenants?
Yes. Several of our properties are well suited to corporate relocations, visiting academics, diplomatic postings, and state-level hosting. We are experienced in working with organisations and can coordinate appropriate documentation and reporting for corporate tenancies.
Is it possible to visit a property before committing?
We welcome viewings and consider them an important part of the process. Once we understand your requirements and schedule, we will arrange a visit at a time that is convenient. Virtual walkthroughs can also be arranged for those travelling from overseas.
